•Applicable products: Suitable for 8 inch & 12 inch wafer ring.

•Equipment introduction:

- Use COGNEX 1741 ID READER to read WAFER ID. The data of WAFER ID will be compared with the downloaded data,  and the ZEBRA ZT-610 PRINTER will be used to print the  barcode stickers.

- The printed stickers are verified by COGNEX BAR CODE READER.

- The completed ring is automatically pushed into the cassette, and the cassette is loading and unloading manually or through AGV for the transportation.
