•Machine functions :
-It is applied to the lead frame material that has been die-bonded and wire-bonded to perform the dispensing process.
-Load/Unload: The multiple magazines can be placed and the automatic replenishment/replacement program can reduce the time for replenishing the magazines.
-Feeding track: Lead frame orientation detection by sensor to prevent the errors caused by the operator when manually discharging.
-Dispensing mechanism :
•YZ two-axis dispensing mechanism, which can adjust the dispensing position and height for different lead frame.
•The dispensing controller can effectively and accurately control the amount of glue. Each needle has a separate pressure adjustment button, which can be adjusted according to the requirements. The amount of glue required is not adjusted at the same time.
-Control System: By ORMON PLC system with touch panel screen, it is with I/O monitoring, full function setting, failure record shown on screen for quick trouble shooting.
