•Machine function: To integrate 4 processes of electrode pad– termination, housing insert, lamination and packing for automatic mass production.

•Machine introductions: This Automation equipment is combined by 4 separate machine for fully automatic production function.

 ◎Machine #1：Electrode Pad Auto terminal machine

   -To feed out the carbon fiber wire after stripping both end of the wire and crimping the terminal on one end.

   -To load the terminated carbon fiber wire onto the post processing machine through the conveyor mechanism.

 ◎Machine #2：Electrode Pad Auto housing assembly machine

    -To load the terminated carbon fiber wire onto the insertion mechanism in assembly machine.

    -The Bowl and Linear feeder feed the housing onto the carrier in assembly machine after the  orientation and positioning purpose.

    -The carbon fiber wire in the jaw will be inserted into the housing step by step until complete the assembly, and in the last station of the assembly process to check the assembly quality through the spring tension.

    -The qualified assembled material will be placed on the conveyor slots precisely in post-process lamination machine and to be checked by the detector.

 ◎Machine #3：Electrode Pad Assembly Machine

    -The Non-woven roll, water glue roll and release paper roll are controlled by separate Auto. Tension Controller and Auto Edge Position Controller to ensure the correct lamination position.

    -To Feed the said 3 rolls onto lamination mechanism to complete the lamination process by same lamination speed, then cutting and shaping by rotary former.

    -After the 3 rolls shaped then onto the cutting area to be cut as finish products then transport to packing machine through conveyor mechanism.

    -The qualified assembled material will be placed on the conveyor slots precisely in post-process lamination machine and to be checked by the detector.

  ◎Machine #4：Electrode Pad Packing Machine

    -Applicable Zipper bad size : W. 110mm ~ 140mm x L. 160mm ~ 200mm

    -The Electrode Pad to be delivered to the suction position then detected by sensor to ensure the position is correct, then suction by vacuum and transport to the turning mechanism.

    -After the electrode pad is turned over, then fold it in half and align the position then sent to the wire ollation station to fold the terminal wire in half, then send to the packing machine.

    -The empty zipper bags are loaded at bag stacking area and transported to printing platform. The printing platform will move to the printing area then print the barcode by DOMINO 

     thermal transfer printer.

    -To clamp the zipper bag onto the packing round table and the electrode pads are transported to the funnel loading mechanism, then feed the electrode pad into the packing machine.

    -The machine is equipped with function of detecting whether there is any product in the zipper bag. If there are any foreign matters found at the bag mouth or no product in the bag, they will be eliminated at the NG station.

   -After the zipper bag is heat-sealed by the heating shoes, the finished products will be transported to output box through the belt track.
