Twin cassette loading -> trim and separation by tooling with high power servo
Drive mechanism -> inspect by vision system -> twin cassette off-loading.
- Tooling design：2 rolls/stroke.
L/F separates to 2 pieces by tooling, forward l/f to trim station then inspect leads by vision system.
Vision system will check dam-bar result, to find broken punch in advance, ensure products quality is acceptable.
