• Machine functions :  

- From Matrix type of Photo Coupler L/F for Forming & Singulation process.  

- Input by cassette driven by motor, L/F is clamped by cylinder and transferred by actuator.

- The die area is driven by the servo power mechanism to perform the forming/singulation process.

- Output by Alu. Tray, transferred by cylinder and the output station can load multiple Alu. Tray. 

(The output design could be designed for tube type per customer requirement)

- Control System: By ORMON PLC system with touch panel screen, it is with I/O monitoring, full function setting, failure record shown on screen for quick trouble shooting.
