•Machine Introductions:
- Headlight holder Input :Bulk, loaded on the special carrier designed by GPC.
- Headlight housing Input :Bulk, loaded on the special carrier designed by GPC.
- The special design carrier is applicable for multiple headlight modules of the same type by simply changing the kit.
- Station I：Use EPSON SCARA ROBOT LS6-B to apply bridging agent on the headlight housing and headlight holder.
- Station II：Use EPSON SCARA ROBOT LS10-B to apply silicon on the headlight holder.
- Station III：Headlight housing and headlight holder combination station.
- Reserve space for future expansion of fixture carrier circulation reflow design.
